The Iron Leg Championship is a survival-based striking event where competitors face off one-on-one and exchange alternating leg kicks under a strict no-defense format.
This is not a points match.
This is not a sparring round.
This is a test of pain tolerance, control, discipline, and will.
Each competitor must remain planted, accept every legal strike, and continue until one person quits, cannot continue, or is stopped by the referee.
ILC = Survival. Not points.
The Iron Leg Championship is designed to test durability under controlled conditions. Competitors will be paired primarily by weight and will compete in one-on-one matches with no rounds and no scoring system. Each match continues until there is a clear end condition.
Competitors alternate kicks one-for-one, with one strike per turn and a 10-second interval between strikes. Defenders must remain in position and accept the kick. No checking, evasion, or stepping away is allowed.
The winner is the last competitor able and willing to continue.
